Hi Jason It's a UK contract, not Ireland so that would mean the spend manager would be a perfect option. I can set this to zero and effectively solves the problem!Out-of-plan charges for data, minutes, and texts thank you Dave
This is the Vodafone UK Community Forum. To offer some help > Insert your SIM card in another phone and attempt to reset your pin that way. Or Hard Reset your phone which should wipe it and take it back to the last Firmware update. This would however lose personal data unless you have backups.
Daughter now back in UK and no way of testing. This is exactly the same process that has happened on the previous 4 times she has been overseas with the phone. This has caused extra cost by using hotel phone, boyfriends phone and wi-fi usage via hotel (not free) all comunications were required due to her work.
