I have an active NowTv account and need to update my email address as I no longer have access to my old one (the one registered on my account). When I sign in I am taken to my Bb and line rental Now account and there are no TV memberships showing there. We can't cancel - NOW keeps taking money, can't contact anyone - spoken to the bank, keep blocking payments, they keep changing the name to get payments, everything is cancelled - we have no idea what else we can do about it
