Or try using TDesktop or some Telegram Web client. If any of the above doesn't work it's probably your ISP or your Country restricting Telegram. Make sure you use an official clients and try to download things with it.
I don't have the telegram Desktop folder inside Downloads. I just click on the video play button and it starts, maybe is optimized for streaming. I have searched in the AppData folder also, but I haven't found anything related to telegram desktop. I am using the Telegram Web version with Google Chrome and Windows.

So, I got Telegram Desktop from the official website. No matter if I want to watch a video or listen to an audio, THERE. IS. NO. SOUND! Interestingly, I didn't have the problem when using the Telegram app from the Microsoft Store... Anyone else have this problem and/or knows a fix?

And in case you are wondering why Telegram released two web versions, there are two teams competing with each other (I read this in another Reddit thread). Hopefully these web versions continue to improve with more customization and better efficiency. If you are on a desktop the speed may not matter as much but when you are on battery it may.
How can I view Telegram channels on the web? Whenever I click on "Preview channel" it starts to load the channel then goes back to the page I was on with the "Preview channel" link. I only want to be able to bookmark some Telegram users' channels to check in my browser, I don't want to install an app or create an account or get sucked into infinite scrolling.
Where does Telegram (PC, Windows) store pictures? I would like to clear these folder but I can't seem to find where it's storing pictures and other media messages. (voice, videos).
Have you tried telegram web? web.telegram.org If you have both telegram desktop (application) and telegram web logged in on your device, clicking on telegram links will bring you to the telegram desktop. The only way i found for you is to send the link to your saved messages on telegram web and then click on them in your saved messages chat.
Less than an hour later, I tried again, and was able to log into the Telegram app. Then I was also able to log in with a web browser at tel.onl, web.telegram.org, webz.telegram.org, and webk.telegram.org. I don't know if it was a system glitch, or what happened, but after emailing Telegram, the problem is fixed.
