Before I changed my billing from Netflix to Sky I was able to login to the Netflix app on the Sky Q box only thing that has changed is that I'm now billed via Sky and paying less Like I said I don't always use the Netflix app on the Sky Q box but choose to be billed via Sky than directly by Netflix to watch the same content.

The bundled Netflix on Sky is Netflix Basic (one device in use) On Sky Q this is upgraded to Netflix Standard by the Sky HD add-on, and then to Netflix Premium by the Sky UHD add-on. On Sky Glass/Stream there are two separate Netflix upgrade add-ons to achieve the same thing.
When you registered with netflix (and your sky ID email), it should have asked you to create a new password. Netflix can't know what your sky password is and I'm 99% sure they don't handoff the login authentication to sky although that is technically possible. have you tried doing a password reset on the netflix website?
You can't as Netflix it not available via the Sky Go app as you need to use the Netflix app and login with your Sky ID - the use of this will depend on your TV subscription. If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
