I’m wondering if anyone can tell me if it is possible to regain access to an old bt email account? It was deleted about 5 years ago and I have important memories lost in the account.

I’m having trouble login to my email account on my main computer. I have no problem accessing it via my iPad or phone, I need to delete a few emails, and to do it individually on my iPad would be painful i put in my name and password and then it says I need bt 2 step authorisation. How do I manage my BT email for an account that has migrated to EE. When I logon to MY BT select my BT account it says I do not have email and there is no way to manage it.

Re: Email access I don't know if you are aware of the way you log into your BT email accounts changed. There was information on the BTMail logon page but it has now been changed and is showing a different message. See link about the change which may be relevant to this thread. When you change your BT email password on an iPhone/iPad/Apple device it may only change for INCOMING mail. To change the outgoing mail password you have to go into Settings; then scroll down to Passwords & Accounts or on older devices Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
I have 3 btinternet email IDs and cannot log in to any of them today using a web browser (chrome, edge and firefox on 2 laptops). It says my email address or password are incorrect. I reset the password for one account (so I know the email address was correct) but I still cannot log in Any ideas?
