some anime from people's watchlist were removed (from what i read it were just anime that they had recently added to their watchlist, or just random anime in the "watching" folder specifically) the a-z sorting in the filters seems to use only japanese names (so a anime that starts with a and one that starts with k can be next to each other if the japanese names both start with a)
these days it feels like services like this don't really listen to criticism or feedback, or at the least they don't do it in a reasonable time, and it only took 9anime like a week to make the new site design the old color everyone liked, and i'm actually liking the redesign now that the color doesn't hurt my eyes, so thanks for listening. actually feeling like they listen to the community ...

This is the subreddit for the Elden Ring gaming community. Elden Ring is an action RPG which takes place in the Lands Between, sometime after the Shattering of the titular Elden Ring.
In all of my years of being on the internet I've not once DLed a virus. That's 20 years of torrenting and half as much streaming anime included. I've also used 9anime for years and have never had an issue. You'll be fine.
It's not illegal to link to copyrighted stuff, and that's exactly what 9Anime does. The site itself is technically a directory that tells you where the episodes are, it doesn't actually contain any copyrigh

The new Top Anime is better (just miss the red, blue, yellow for the top three). The fluid animations when hovering over anime titles. The new rating system looks more accessible. Continue-Watching is at top now. What I didn't like in the new UI : The fonts, especially in the top-bar are too sharp for the eyes, the old UIs were better.
as long as you use one of the sites from 9anime .me and also use ublock origin with the 9anime filter added (and preferably also with the ''AdGuard Base'' filter, and ''Block Outsider Intrusion into LAN'' and ''AdGuard Tracking Protection'' and ''Phishing URL Blocklist'' and ''PUP Domains Blocklist'' filter) and you dont click on any ads then it should be fine
