Does anyone know how I can sort my netflix? Someone unauthorised has logged in and changed my email address. And netflix can't help they said go through sky.
Upgraded my package recently to include Netflix, paramount and movies. Already had Netflix so using the same account but before we could watch on more than one screen at once and now we can't. How do I solve this? Thanks
Hi. I have just taken Sky stream with puck including netflix. I can get it all to work on my tv ok. How can I watch Netflix on my laptop via the sky go app ? I cant find how to do this. If I can't get it to work I will be cancelling sky. Thanks.

Hi, I have netflix via sky package. My kids use it in the same house, we can access netflix on TV but unable to log in from different devices. When we try to login, a message come ups saying there is no account with my email. It is as if we have been hacked? Any suggestions please?
