EDIT: I found the location. (DRIVE):\SnowRunner\en_us\preload\paks\client initial.pak (use bandizip or whatever to open it) this go to [media]. I am almost certain its somewhere here. Replace drive with whatever you have Snowrunner installed on. For me its on my E drive so it would be E: but you might have it installed on your C drive.
