A healthy torch will start coming out in the first few hours of being added to the tank. Not fully, but it should start coming out and opening / extending. By day 3 it should be fully open. If it hasn’t opened by the end of the first day or next morning I would question the torches health. Want to say - your yellow tip torch looks real nice
