After completing weekly chores to upgrade my Reshii wraps, they are still stuck at 707/rank 3. The UI for the upgrade tree shows the rank 4 talent selected, but it’s not reflected in my actual item. Selecting the campaign skip on a fresh alt correctly awards a 714 cloak so it is just the first character I did the quests on that is bugged.
