We've had several issues where the end user complete mucks up a VPN connection and we have to delete it. Once we do, there's no way to add a new one! We have been uninstalling NetExtender and reinstalling so we can re-create a connection profile. There is no "Add Profile" option in the NetExtender settings. How does one add a new profile without uninstalling NetExtender?
