I just did it on 1 document. I deleted the old letterhead text, opened up a 1st page header then pasted in a .JPG file (new letterhead image), and then carefully aligned the new letterhead picture across the header (it is 2 x 8 inches) So when done, it looks nice and centered above the body of the text in the document.
