A conversation with Morrisons on the phone wasnt very useful, they told me they take payment on dispatch instead of at time of order, I told them thats not very good because it can lead to cancelled orders unless they do what ASDA do which is to ring customer and ask them to make payment to keep the order alive. Also gave my feedback to CEO.
