Export, back up, or restore contacts You can use your computer to transfer contacts to another email account.

Customer my contacts list was in Thunderbird along with other lists. The only one missing is the large contacts list which is current. The contact list that's been imported is not up to date by a couple of years and came from DSL extreme. I dis not have a backup to my memory.
