What are some good ACTUALLY EASY and QUICK recipes? we live in a 3rd world country so please do not recommend recipes for Instant Pot or Slow Cookers, etc.

Hello :) I was looking around for a spreadsheet that would contain all cooking recipes in a more convenient-to-browse format, and since I have not found one, I created it myself. Here is the link to it. Thought I'll share if anyone else would find the use of it :) I am open to any ideas on how to improve (also considering adding bonus information, but I wanted to keep it clean and simple).
For restore Magicka, I usually go with flax seeds (found all over, and many houses have the flowers which yield flax seeds) bog beacon, and stinkhorn cap (found in Blackwood), both are fairly abundant in Cyrodiil and can make strong potions. What recipes are ya'll teaching your people? I cant find like a comprehensive list anywhere online on which recipes to teach each building. I'm mainly curious what people teach the cook/bakers. I have all the iron recipes at my blacksmith and paper/books for planter. And the basic sawmill recipes in my preferred wood.
I wasn't able to find something like this so I compiled all the recipes and the needed materials into a spreadsheet since I want to get all the achievements and 100% perfection and that requires crafting everything.
I've used chatgpt to generate recipes and have tried food from other cultures that I likely wouldn't have ever tried. Trying to discourage anyone from ever using this because of one simpleton's inability to use common sense is ridiculous.
I started a modded SMP today with my friends, and we quickly noticed that JEI had a problem : it would show only furnace and anvil recipes, but not the crafting table ones, which we needed because we installed a lot of new mods. It only does this in multiplayer, and not on singleplayer worlds. Is there a way to solve this ?
