I have a dynamic group created that installs Company Portal on multi-user AVD systems. But when a user opens company portal it doesnt show any available apps. But if one of those same users opens Company Portal on their physical laptop it shows all the available apps we offer. Why wont it show any apps on the AVD system?

Company Portal is getting installed for system account even in Intune portal it shows as success but after a user is logged in, the apps goes missing. When we switch user the app is available. . We were able to fix by deploying user context company portal app to the failed user machines
I use a Powershell script to add Company Portal app as a shortcut to user desktop, but it wont show app icon. I tried to use external sources like a link to Company Portal icon, but still it wont work. Any ideas how to fix MS App icon problems ? My script:

I am a Helpdesk technician in a Small organisation of 25 users. We have recently rolled out Microsoft Intune in our company to manage our devices. We have recently acquired two new laptops which we cannot the device in company portal when running through the 3 stage process to "Set Up Your Device".
