BT 'yahoo' mail issue Hi All, Hoping you can help - I have @btinternet.com email account that used to be hosted by yahoo. For the last week I can receive but not send email on my MacBook. The emails just sit in the outbox and then after a while ask for me to confirm account password. I have checked the account settings and the password is set.
Cannot access email login page from android, progress bar goes about a quarter across then nothing, not even reached user / password. Internet connection is fine, other messaging apps work fine. Been like it 3 days

Re: Slow login to BT Email Hi - excellent! This has certainly helped. Clearing Firefox history and cookies gave an almost-instantaneous restart of my email. However, there was a further problem when I closed down and restarted my system in that BT Mail seemed to hang when another tab (BBC News) was slow to open.
Email login I’m having trouble login to my email account on my main computer. I have no problem accessing it via my iPad or phone, I need to delete a few emails, 🙄 and to do it individually on my iPad would be painful 😊 i put in my name and password and then it says I need bt 2 step authorisation. Any suggestions please?

Email - Too many f=requests - unable to login to email account I keep getting too many requests when trying to login into BT email account, what is wrong. This is since new BT update.
I am asked to enter my e-mail address and password EVERY TIME I click the BT icon on my windows start page. This is a recent thing. The address and password used to be done automatically. Anyone any ideas as to why ?
Email login My wife and I share an email account. We both run PCs with Windows 10. I can access the email with no problem but when my wife then tries to access the email on her PC, after logging in with correct username and password, the system loops back to the Home screen again.
