XNAPR is a data element in SAP used for storing Print via Output Control data in table fields. Here is it basic details and list of tables using this XNAPR field in SAP.
The following fields can be changed by the user in the transaction MIGO: Header level: Material Slip (GOHEAD-MTSNR), Doc. Header Text (GOHEAD-BKTXT), Print (GOHEAD-XNAPR - as of note 2195839).
MATDOC is a standard Inventory Management Transparent Table in SAP MM application, which stores Material Documents data. You can use the transaction code SE16 to view the data in this table, and SE11 TCode for the table structure and definition.
During GR, checkbox 'Print via Output control' is pre-selected by default. After GR is posted and while displaying the material document, the checkbox is no longer set.
The customizing for this check is maintained in table T159OM and we can use the view V_159OM in SE16 transaction to maintain it: #3 - How to confirm if the New OM is being called during the material document creation:
Within the BAPI the table USR05 is checked for Parameter ID NDR (Print via output control in MM - Inventory management) it's the parameter ID linked to the field XNAPR. To make it work just update the table USR05 with the required setting and then execute the BAPI. Once the procecssing is done reset the value in the table to the default.
