I have to completely close Opera GX and reopen it for the issue to resolve (most of the time). Sometimes, even after restarting Opera, the problem persists for 30-40 seconds after reopening. When the "bug" occurs, the tabs that are already open and functioning continue to work without any issues as long as I don't close them (including F5 refresh).
