Do not pay a deposit or any money in advance to a contractor. Note that there is another TOTV thread with a negative experience with this contractor. Also, I have noticed that many contractors post numerous 5-star reviews their website. I consider this to be deceptive because the reviews are all 5 stars and they appear to be fake reviews.
Not looking for a preassembled unit or one with stainless steel doors. Looking for a contractor that has used a “Trex” decking (plastic) type product for the cabinets and frames. Like what one would find in an “indoor” kitchen. Thanks

Easy job. Requires: one wrench (or specific socket), two rags, one $2 putty knife, one new $5 wax "donut," preferably a small wet/dry vac or a bucket with sponge, one plastic grocery bag, and someone strong enough to lift toilet up and set aside and able to repeat process in reverse.

Just moved to TV and sprinkler system was broken. Two contractors said entire system must be replaced (pricing from $1800-$2700). The third contractor said he could tie off sprinkler heads not being used, rearrange and replace sprinklers to hit plants properly. Bad Contractor Lopez Brothers! We hired Lopez Brothers to do our landscaping and stone work through home advisor, they had a 5 star rating. It was a $10,000 job they did show up and finished in about three days the problem started when they never came back to finish cleaning up our newly planted Sylvester palm.
