Since last month I am not being able to open the newspaper Daily Mail, nor am I able to open it when some other place gives links to articles . It Keeps on circling then gives a timed out message

Below is a screenshot of the Action Notifications and you can see 3 articles, which are from the Daily Mail. When you click on one of them, it should open the article, and that is how I've always done it. But when I click on any of the articles, it does not open that Daily Mail article. The article link disappears and nothing happens.
