i keep having problem this problem on armoury crate, i tried to restart my computer multiple times but anything seems work, the motherboard is correctly recognized by software but it blocks me when i want to go to the page to personalize it. Any suggestion?

Armoury Crate can be sensitive to overclocking, XMP/EXPO enabled is a form overclock too, so I'll suggest to reset the bios to default settings and try the update again.
