I just tried to install LastPass using Chrome store - no go. In Chrome browser: right clicked on "Add to Chrome" to get the url, but only got a limited right click menu, (no "Copy url"). In Vivaldi: on the Chrome store LastPass page - no "install for Chrome" button or link.
