The ZX10R is probably the worst bike you could choose if you want to put alot of miles on a street bike riding around town. Expensive, goes through tires fast, high insurance, too powerful.

Kawasaki Bench Harness Type 3 This bench flashing harness allows you to flash 2011-2013 ZX10R and 2012-2013 ZX14R ECUs when they are both installed or not installed in the bike. The bench flashing harness comes with a 12v plug and needs to be used in conjunction with the Woolich Racing Mitsubishi USB Interface.

Considering selling my 2012 Zx10r and will not sell the shock with the bike, no extra money in that transaction. I would take $800 for the shock if you are interested. mdgeroy@aol.com let me know. The shock is in excellent condition. Recently serviced, no leaks with remote adjuster. Best shock money can buy basically.

My buddy brought his 04 zx10r, converting his gear position sensor to a working one with a harness and all, simple, just unbolt the sensor, unplug the harness, put a ball bearing in, put a rubber seal from his old sensor on the new one, bolt the new sensor in, plug the harness in, and it's fixed. Im suprised it took 18 posts before someone mentioned how shitty the brakes on a Gen 1 are :lol: The best quote I ever read in regards to the brakes was "ZX10R, so fast that brakes cant stop it." I still never got why everyone was so down on the G2 looks either. I have a G1, but G2 looks a lot better than the 3rd Gen. I digress though.
