Tips & Guides - Nioh 2 Hi, I just finished Nioh 1 and started the 2nd one, I chose fists to play with as it seemed, to me, the coolest of the ones I tried. From what I understood the whole weapon playstyle evolve around Unbroken , but I don't think I'm doign it right, I think it's because I don't have enough active skills to use it properly.
Nioh 2 improved the graphics a bit, gave existing enemies a design overhaul. Character editor is of course also one of the big things. Some people like it, others not so much. Bosses are also different. In Nioh 1 the focus is more on humanoid I feel while Nioh 2 focusey more on yokai. Then Nioh 2 improved on a lot of minor but important things.
Nioh 2 definitely. I like them both, but the gameplay systems, QOL and character customization in Nioh 2 make is more of an evolution of the series rather than a sequel. They managed to take everything good about 1 and improve on it in basically every way.

Nioh 2 brings together everything that was great about the original Nioh and builds upon it. The yokai form, while flashy, does little to diminish the challenge and instead adds a fun new dynamic to an already engrossing flow of combat. While it might not look as such, Nioh 2 is a fantastic sequel and one that action fans shouldn’t miss.

Picked up nioh 2 again for my PC and wanted to see if there were any QoL mods. Unfortunately Nexus seems to be primarily focused on giving huge naturals to every character they can attach them to. Ultimately I'm looking for an auto-pick up mod but really anything that would make the grind back to DoTN smoother.
