Crass were a UK punk rock band who espoused anarchist principles. They began in 1977, a year after the Sex pistols made the word fashionable with their song Anarchy in the UK.
Original lead guitarist for Crass. Left the group after their first gig at The Roxy Club (22 September 1977) to be immediately replaced by Phil Free (2). Went to Nicaragua, died in 1989.

"Christ - The Album" was recorded and mixed at Southern Studios, London, between July 1981 and February 1982. The live recording was made on a 4 track machine on the 9th June 1981 at the 100Club, London by Real Time Music.
