Figured this would be better here. I received an email of the new benefits for Veterans. One of the benefits is Free unlimited for a year.
I have no internet, my Arlo is not working. This is the second year in a row this has happened. Let year we eventually got it working. The most annoying part is that it has required multiple trip to the vacation home to try to connect the wifi only to have it fail and sit on the phone with Xfinity again for hours. BTW, the new automated system ...

We have internet problems. Cameras, computer, tv keep losing connection. Had two appointments for service this week and had to take two days vacation. No show. Called to check and she said 1/2 late. Been 3hr now. All she did was try to give me $10 off bill if I agreed to new two years contract. This is not customer service. best regards

Hi XfinityEricB, I just went in to check my bill and, even though it shows it for the period of 1/7/24-2/6/24 the charges are all the old charges, i.e. the total is $87.03.
