Totally different career field, but we're not even using it because it's still such a shitshow. My squadron specifically is on paper records in physical folders that we have to pencil our initials in to sign off tasks, and we make a running Word doc filled with entries of when the individual got Vol X of CDC, trained on task Y, took end of Vol test and scored Z, etc.
