I usually clean with Q-Tips, a microfiber cloth and alcohol wipes which gives it a like-new-ish smell and feel after I'm done cleaning but there's a few spots that have had dirt in them for a few years now and it annoys me every time I look at them. They're very small and barely noticeable in normal use. I've taken photos of them the best I can with my phone's abilities.
