Yes, they have provided a GB VAT registration number which I've checked on the VIES website and it is registered to them. Their invoices don't show VAT but in their T&Cs it says that their prices include UK VAT. The goods are under £250 which is why I assume they don't have to show VAT separately as the goods are a standard rated supply.
