As soon as I plug the HDMI cable from the TV into either of them my computer screen turns black for just an instant as it recognizes the hookup. At that point I have dual screen set-up and the HDMI sound is recognized as TOSHIBA-TV. It still won't output sound to the TV unless I set it as the default sound.
