It's a shame the AddExperience command doesn't work with negative values (to remove experience of course). We did have a mod called LiquidXP that removed all the experience of one of our players, after he was on 0 experience, he ate a mindwipe, back to level one with zero xp then uploaded their character via Tek Transmitter.
