Recently my LR4 started to throw Engine Fan errors, and low frequency repetitive ticking noise appeared (when idling and warmed up). The engine also sounds similar to diesel and vibrates at idle, however it is a petrol engine, and it's been like this since I bought it 3,000 miles ago.
