I just moved to a new apartment this week where the previous tenant apparently left the router and the internet working (just had to reset the router). For the past 2 weeks before moving I’ve been trying to get AT&T to setup internet for me but they’ve been unable to because the previous tenant never disconnected their service and they need proof the previous tenant has vacated.
