Hi, I recently changed my car, and had 5 months remaining on the old cars road tax, which cost £590 to renew, last March. the refund I’ve received for the remaining 5 months is £75. I expected a refund of around £245,(£50 per month) can anyone explain why the refund does not cover the full cost of the remaining 5 months, or hopefully advise how I can raise this as a complaint to vehicle ...
