The newer PC's start so fast, it is difficult to catch the startup to see the BIOS. If you still cannot get into the BIOS following the tips from @Prométhée, here is what I recommend. Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button. Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows.
