If this helps absolutely anyone because I know the struggle , my q button was flashing and keyboard didn’t work , I held fn and pressed w , then they both stayed lit the q and the w keys , then I held fn and pressed the e key , all three keys litt up and then the keyboard worked , if it helps at all .
