When I click "restart" it starts the restart process then the screen goes black and hangs, it never restarts the computer and it just continually hangs. I end up having to restart the computer by holding the power button down and manually turning it back on. Any ideas? Edit: I have run SFC, DISM, CHKDSK and all came back with no issues.
