416 SS is a horrible baffle material, especially on a 10.5" barrel. I make my prototype baffles out of 416ss because it is cheap and easy to machine and works for the limited amount of rounds the baffles will see during sound testing. on a 1.56"x4.375" 5.56 bore 4 baffle prototype even the front end cap had material eroded and starting to fold over into the bore after 20-30 rounds on a 10.5".
