In my Garmin Connect app it says I have a Tempo Run to do and it is also in my Garmin Calendar. In the coach app on my phone it also states that today there is a tempo workout planned. So I checked and it looks like a run that is planned after the coach plan is having the workout suggestions pushed on my watch while on the app, the actual plan / workout is leading.
