I think most achievements won't unlock if you use cheats. I tested it for "super sparrow", where I had only one plague type missing (parasite). I played with a cheat, succeeded, but the achievement didn't unlock. This was expected, and I merely used the cheat to verify this. I don't think achievements should unlock while using cheats.
