实现如果自己特化出一个数据成员是atomic的，和shared_ptr完全不一样的atomic，并且重新实现所有函数，那可以做到无锁。这时候atomic和shared_ptr的控制块的类型是相同的，但前者的数据成员是atomic，后者的不是。 我估计原因就是懒得实现。
