一、臺北市政府（以下簡稱本府）為維護市容觀瞻及便利交通，依臺北市 土地使用分區管制自治條例第九十一條規定訂定本要點。 二、本府指定應留設騎樓或無遮簷人行道之道路如附件。 三、前點之本府指定道路兩側所留設之騎樓或無遮簷人行道，應依據建築 技術規則建築設計施工編第二十八條及五十七條規定辦理，若位於實 施容積管制地區者應適用該規則同編第九章有關規定，並免受臺北市 土地使用分區管制自治條例第十四條留設前院及第十六條留設側院之 規定（即臨接該路段部份，得免設置前院及側院）。
