What do you mean exactly by the "Edge toolbar" ? There are multiple toolbars in Edge. If you are looking for the sidebar located on the right side of the windows, just press Ctrl + Shift + : to enable it. The toolbar will popup on the right. If you're looking for the Favourites toolbar, just press Ctrl + Shift + B. Looking forward to your answer !
In Edge, unlike Internet Explorer which had a horizontal menu bar at the top of the window, Edge has a slightly different configuration! Can not get my toolbars to appear. Have read here press alt for menu, that does not do anything for me. Some said you had to go to edge from desktop not the start menu. I clicked on Edge in system tray did not work that way either. Start Edge from start menu , does not work that way either. HELP I NEED MY TOOLBAR like soon/quick.

From Edge's Settings screen, go to the bottom link and click "About Microsoft Edge". Updates should run automatically if there is an available one. This should be the recent version: Version 92.0.902.55 (Official build) (64-bit) If your Edge browser is on its current version and the setting is correct, consider doing a reset and see if that helps.
